“Traffic Court” synopsis
In 1968, at the age of eight, Brad Andrews was sentenced to three years in a juvenile detention center for stabbing his classmate with a pen. He was diagnosed with an intermittent explosive disorder, along with a multitude of other stress-related disorders. Andrews dream was to marry his girlfriend, Nancy, and become a police officer. After the juvenile detention center closed in 1978, all records of Andrews psychiatric past had vanished. After high school Nancy moved to Buffalo, New York to attend college, where she met her future husband Mark Wendel. A few years later Andrews lost his home on a bad investment, but was offered and accepted a job in the Port Authority Police Department. Soon, however, his world started to slowly crumble. His dream turned into a living nightmare when the everyday stresses of working as a police officer in the Port Authority Bus Terminal caused his childhood disorders to return. Due to being non medicated and overwhelmed, Andrews unleashes a murderous rampage on the motoring public.
